2. Hosting and server logs
This website is provided through OpenAI Sites and technically delivered through Cloudflare infrastructure. When you access the site, server logs may process your IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, and browser and device information. This is necessary to provide the website securely and reliably and is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is deleted when no longer required for operation and security, unless statutory obligations require longer storage.
3. Language preference and tracking
Your selected language is stored only locally in your browser. No analytics, marketing or advertising trackers are used, and the site does not set cookies that require consent.
4. Contact form
When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, optional company and project type, and message are delivered to my inbox through FormSubmit. FormSubmit processes the details to forward your message with your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent for the future. You can always contact me directly by email without using FormSubmit.
5. Direct contact
If you contact me by email or telephone, I process the information you provide to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual matters and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other enquiries. Emails are processed through Google Gmail. Enquiry data is deleted when no longer needed, unless statutory retention duties apply.
6. WhatsApp
WhatsApp is opened only when you actively click the link. WhatsApp's and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited's privacy terms then apply, and data may be processed outside the EU or EEA. Please use email for confidential information.
7. External project images and links
Project images may be loaded from lihas.fit and rentunruusu.com. Your IP address is technically transmitted to the relevant server. External links open only when you click them. The legal basis for presenting project work is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
8. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You can withdraw consent at any time for the future. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
